Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in AV sales, AV account management, or AV project management.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Proficient in Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Workfront, Salesforce, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Oversee account transitions, project scope, budgets, and client communications through the event lifecycle.
• Lead complex events from planning through execution on time and within scope.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration for seamless delivery.
• Develop and manage event budgets, pricing, estimates, and forecasting for profitability.
• Support revenue growth through product knowledge and strategic upselling opportunities.
