Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Audio Visual Sr Client Solutions Manager to lead strategic client accounts and ensure flawless delivery of service plans across large-scale events. This exempt role requires proactive oversight of deliverables, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to drive profitability and client satisfaction.

This position supports the AV Sales Group under the Growth (Sales) team and offers a hybrid schedule with in-office/show site work 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV sales, AV account management, or AV project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Workfront, Salesforce, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work across teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee transitions, project scope, budgets, and client communications throughout event lifecycles.
• Lead complex events from planning through execution to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Develop and manage event budgets, pricing, estimates, and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and professional representation.
