Job summary

The Freeman Company seeks an Associate Client Relationship Manager to develop relationships and solicit business with new and existing accounts within a hybrid work model. You will assist with execution of Audio Visual projects, coordinate teams, and process orders while delivering excellent customer service to clients both internal and external.

Based in one of several locations (Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Orlando), you’ll support the Growth (Sales) team and cross-sell Freeman

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• 1+ year experience managing and coordinating projects; on-site event experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Salesforce and Workfront experience a plus; working knowledge of MS Office and internet apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships while selling Freeman Audio Visual solutions to a broad client base.
• Ascertain requirements, develop and present proposals, quote prices and terms per policy.
• Record activities in CRM (SalesForce) and manage payments/approvals.
• Assist with operational requests and maintain information in Workfront and Box; coordinate with project managers.
• Attend events/site visits as needed to ensure high customer satisfaction and upsell services.
