Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Associate Client Relationship Manager to develop relationships with new and existing accounts and assist with audio visual projects. The role supports sales, order processing, billing, and upselling while delivering excellent customer service across internal and external clients.

Based in any listed city with a hybrid work schedule (office/show site 2–3 days/week), the ideal candidate has strong sales, CRM, and event-coordination skills and a background in the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Salesforce and Workfront is a plus.

Responsibilities

Sell Freeman Audio Visual solutions to existing and new clients.
Develop proposals, present them, and close orders.
Maintain and grow client relationships; upsell services.
Record activities in CRM; process orders and payments.
Collaborate with project managers and site teams on events.
