The Freeman Company seeks an Audio Visual Sr Client Solutions Manager to lead strategic accounts, oversee service plans, and ensure profitable delivery of large-scale events. This exempt role bridges Business Development and Operations, focusing on client satisfaction, cross-functional coordination, and process excellence.

The position supports our AV Sales Growth team with a hybrid schedule requiring 2-3 days in office or on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted.
• 5+ years in AV sales, accounts management or project management.
• Strong customer service, organization, and multi-event management skills.
• Proficiency with Google, Microsoft, Salesforce and related tools.
