Job summary

The Freeman Company in the United States is seeking an Audio Visual Senior Client Solutions Manager to lead strategic accounts and ensure profitable, high‑quality event execution. The role bridges Business Development and Operations, driving client satisfaction and process excellence across large multi‑site events.

This exempt role supports our AV Sales Group within the Growth (Sales) team. It offers a hybrid schedule with in‑office and show site work 2–3 days per week, based in Dallas, Orlando,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
• Experience managing AV sales, accounts, or projects.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple events and learn internal/external systems.
• Proficient in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts with exceptional service.
• Oversee transitions, scope, budgets, and communications across events.
• Build relationships and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support strategic account development.
• Lead complex events from planning to execution, on time and within scope.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, resources, and cross‑functional collaboration.
