Job summary

The Freeman Company in Austin, TX is seeking an Associate Client Relationship Manager to develop relationships with new and existing accounts and coordinate Audio Visual projects. You’ll assist with orders, billing, and proposals, ensuring client vision is met and the highest level of service is delivered.

This hybrid role requires 1+ year of project coordination, a Bachelor’s preferred, and proficiency in Salesforce and Workfront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma with relevant experience acceptable.
• 1+ year experience managing and coordinating projects; on-site event experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Workfront is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Sell to existing and new customers while growing client relationships.
• Quote prices and terms per Freeman policies.
• Attend industry events to generate business.
• Record activities in the CRM (Salesforce) and manage orders.
• Assist with project management systems and collaborate with internal teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and cross-sell Freeman services.
