Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities including resources, budget, and profitability management, escalating issues as needed.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, scope of work and schedules for accuracy and success.
• Create and manage the project plan and implementation schedule.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide weekly status reports.
• Ensure quality control and audits; manage change orders and trainings.
