CTI is a leading audiovisual provider seeking an AV Project Manager to oversee end-to-end integration projects. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our technical operations staff, ensuring on-time delivery and superior customer experience.

You will manage timelines, specifications, and budgets, maintain accurate documentation, and lead project teams across multiple job sites. A strong service orientation and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in A/V install and project management.
• Customer service experience is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attitude and aptitude: eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical operations staff.
• Manage project timelines, specifications, and budgets with up-to-date documentation.
• Maintain clear and consistent client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project teams, oversee training and performance, and delegate tasks.
• Oversee multiple job sites across locations and coordinate installation activities.
