Job summary

AVI-SPL is a digital enablement solutions provider delivering AV systems integration and related managed services. The Project Manager will oversee AV projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget, while maintaining safety and quality standards for customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with sales, engineering, programming and installation teams, manage risks, schedules and procurement, and provide status reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of Project Manager experience in AV, Construction, Technology or related industries.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Strong time management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direction, coordination, execution and completion of AV systems integration projects.
• Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction targets.
• Create and manage project schedules and resource plans.
• Manage budgets, expenditures and profitability; escalate risks.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely, clear communication.
