Job summary

AVI-SPL in New York, NY seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large scale AV systems integration projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with our project management processes. You will coordinate scopes, schedules, budgets, resources and stakeholders, drive risk management, quality control, and client communication from kickoff through closeout.

Qualifications

• Must have PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Must possess AVIXA General CTS certification.
• Strong leadership with mentoring ability.
• Understand revenue, cost and margin in project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direction, coordination, implementation and completion of large AV systems integration projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources and procurement.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and engage stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, report to stakeholders and manage changes.
• Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Close out documentation and post-project support.
