Job summary

AVI-SPL in New York is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-phased AV systems integration projects. You will guide overall direction, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

This role requires PMP/PRINCE2 and AVIXA CTS certifications, strong leadership, risk and change management, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• PM certification (PMP or PRINCE2) required; AVIXA CTS preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with client interaction.
• Experience managing large-scale AV/construction projects with budget control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of large AV systems integration projects.
• Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate activities for timely, on-budget project completion per AVI-SPL processes.
• Lead project kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide progress reports and manage change orders as needed.
