Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Project Manager to lead AV systems integration projects from initiation to close. You will coordinate internal teams and external resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as a Project Manager in AV, Construction, Technology or related industries.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects with strong time-management and detail orientation.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of revenue, budgets, margins and financial variance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion.
• Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate all activities to complete projects on budget and schedule.
• Develop and manage project schedules and resource allocations.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
