Job summary

Global AV Group in Hicksville, NY is seeking a Senior AV Project Manager to lead complex commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through closeout.

You will own project schedules, budgets, scope, and client relationships, coordinating with engineering, programming, field teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. This senior role requires strong AV knowledge, leadership, and independent decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial AV integration.
• 4+ years of project management or equivalent leadership.
• Experience managing complex AV projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Proven budget, scheduling, and client relationship management.
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings, schematics, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial AV integration projects from kickoff through final closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate engineering, programming, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Monitor costs, change orders, and subcontractor expenses.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Provide guidance to project team and ensure quality and safety standards.
