Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AV project management and strong communication skills. Travel is required (about 25%), and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary of $75,000–$140,000 depending on experience.

• Experience leading teams, coordinating resources, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement project plans to achieve AV integration goals.
• Schedule resources, programming, installation, and commissioning tasks.
• Communicate deadlines, specifications, and budgets to the installation team.
• Maintain current project documents, bills of materials, and change orders.
• Provide client updates on issues, scope changes, and progress.
• Lead and mentor team members; oversee training and performance.
• Support install staff through programming, installation, and punch lists.
• Monitor timelines to ensure on-time delivery and budget compliance.
