Job summary

Axon seeks a Professional Services Manager to lead ALPR deployments across the United States, coordinating contractors, validating specs, and ensuring readiness. You’ll work directly with permitting, vendor, and engineering teams to align power, connectivity, and performance standards.

This role is post-sale, customer-facing and requires up to 90% travel, major airport proximity, and strong field leadership. Base pay ranges with comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

3–6 years in field operations, deployments or infrastructure installation.
Experience with electrical systems and power troubleshooting.
Knowledge of IP networks and ability to troubleshoot devices.

Responsibilities

Lead and support site installs across a national footprint.
Coordinate contractors and validate technical specs.
On-site lead during installs ensuring safety and standards.

Field operations experience

Electrical systems (110VAC/12VDC)

IP-based networks (LAN/WAN/VPN)

Field coordination

Customer training

Experience with field management tools

Technical degree or equivalent

Willingness to travel nationwide

CJIS Level 4 certification

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
