Axon Enterprise seeks a Professional Services Manager to lead post-sale ALPR deployments nationwide. You will manage site installs, coordinate contractors, validate technical specs, and troubleshoot in real time to ensure readiness across agencies from day one.

The role is customer-facing, remote within the United States, with 90% travel and direct collaboration with permitting, vendor, and engineering teams to align power, connectivity, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in field operations, deployments, or infrastructure installation in public safety, telecom or utilities preferred.
• Experience with electrical systems (110VAC and 12VDC) and power troubleshooting.
• Ability to train customer technical contacts and end users; communicate with senior public safety leaders.

Responsabilités

• Support ALPR deployments from pre-wire to full activation, including power prep and field testing.
• Conduct hands-on site validation and troubleshooting; interpret site drawings and power plans.
• Coordinate and execute field commissioning tests with the customer; serve as on-site lead during installs.
