Axon in the United States seeks a Professional Services Manager to act as the operational engine behind fixed ALPR deployments. You will lead site installs nationwide, coordinating contractors, validating specs, and ensuring readiness from day one.

You will collaborate with permitting, vendor, and engineering teams, travel up to 90%, and report to the Sr Manager of Professional Services. This role is customer-facing and post-sale, with a focus on safety and quality.

Formación

• 2–4 years in field operations, systems deployment, or infrastructure installation.
• Experience with electrical systems (110VAC and 12VDC) and power troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of IP networks (LAN/WAN/VPN) and troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate field activities with contractors and customers.
• Experience training customer technical contacts and communicating with senior public safety leaders.
• Proficient with field management tools (Asana, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel nationwide; live near a major airport.
• Valid U.S. driver's license; CJIS Level 4 certification helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Support ALPR deployments from pre-wire to full activation, including power prep, equipment setup, and field testing.
• Conduct hands-on site validation and troubleshooting (110VAC and 12VDC).
• Interpret site drawings and power plans to validate installation accuracy.
• Coordinate and execute field commissioning tests with the customer.
• Serve as Axon’s on-site lead during installs, aligning with technical and safety standards.
• Work with contractors, AHJs, and utility providers to clear barriers and ensure readiness.
• Capture photos, logs, and field data to improve processes and documentation.
• Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for network planning.
• Deliver timely deployment reports; engage with Chiefs of Police and IT Directors.
• Train primary technical contacts and end users on Axon ALPR usage.
