Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead post-sale ALPR deployments nationwide. You will coordinate contractors, validate specs, troubleshoot in real time, and ensure agencies are ready from day one.

This role is remote from the United States, with travel up to 90% and reports to the Sr Manager, Professional Services. You will work with permitting, vendors, and engineering to align builds with power, connectivity, and performance standards, representing Axon in various

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in field operations, deployments or infrastructure installation; public safety, telecom or utilities preferred.
• Experience with electrical systems (110VAC & 12VDC) and power troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of IP-based Ethernet networks (LAN/WAN/VPN) and ability to troubleshoot apps, devices, networks.
• Strong field coordination and contractor engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ALPR deployments from pre-wire to full activation, including power prep and field testing.
• Conduct hands-on site validation and troubleshooting (110VAC and 12VDC).
• Interpret site drawings, power plans, and mounting guides to validate installation accuracy.
• Coordinate field commissioning tests with the customer and Axon teams.
• Serve as on-site lead during installs, ensuring safety and technical standards are met.
