Axon Enterprise in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead and support nationwide ALPR deployments. You’ll coordinate contractors, validate specs, troubleshoot on site, and ensure agencies are ready from day one.

This post-sale, customer-facing role works with permitting, vendor, and engineering teams to meet power, connectivity, and safety standards while mentoring junior staff and aligning field activities with project plans.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in field operations, deployments or infrastructure installation (public safety, telecom, utilities preferred).
• Experience with electrical systems (110VAC and 12VDC) and power troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of IP-based Ethernet networks (LAN/WAN/VPN) and fault diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Support ALPR deployments from pre-wire to activation, including power prep and field testing.
• Conduct hands-on site validation and troubleshooting (110VAC and 12VDC).
• Interpret site drawings, power plans, and mounting guides for installation accuracy.
• Coordinate and execute field commissioning tests with the customer.
• Lead on-site installs, align with safety and technical standards.
