Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a senior AI Workflow & Systems Designer to partner with business and technology teams to redesign complex workflows and create AI-ready systems of work. The role leads discovery, defines how people and AI work together, and translates business needs into implementation-ready designs.

The position focuses on end-to-end systems of work, human-AI collaboration, and reusable design patterns, with remote-first work options for the US (excl. HI/AK).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 10+ years of experience in systems design, service design, workflow/process transformation, design strategy, or related fields.
• Strong AI fluency including generative AI, agents, automation, and AI-enabled workflow patterns.
• Experience translating business problems into future-state systems and design artifacts.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements involving multiple business units or platforms.
• Strong business insight and ability to connect design decisions to measurable business value.
• Proven ability to facilitate senior-level and cross-functional workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Workflow Reinvention and Systems-of-Work Design across organizations.
• Design human-in-the-loop approaches balancing judgment and automation.
• Create implementation-ready systems design artifacts and reusable patterns.
