Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a senior AI Workflow & Systems Designer to partner across business and technology, redesign complex workflows, and create AI-ready systems of work. The role leads discovery, defines how people and AI collaborate, and translates business needs into implementation-ready designs.

You will shape end-to-end systems spanning people, processes, data, and AI agents, guiding workshops and building repeatable design practices within a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience in design, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability translating complex business problems into coherent future-state systems.
• Experience leading multi-functional engagements across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workflow reinvention and systems-of-work design across teams.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows and AI-enabled processes.
• Create implementation-ready systems design artifacts and blueprints.
• Connect business intent to technology delivery and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Design for reuse through reusable patterns and templates.
• Partner with business leaders to articulate outcomes and tradeoffs.
• Contribute to the Enterprise Systems Design practice with repeatable templates.
