ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant in North America to support Solution Sales and guide revenue for our AI-powered platform across multiple industries. This is a hands-on role that blends technical delivery with strategic positioning, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to win deals.

You will develop, position and provide product-specific solutions, lead discovery workshops, demonstrate capabilities, and contribute to roadmap discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software expertise.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management with pipeline building and alignment with sales.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team that pursues customers and prospects across multiple industry markets.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement.
• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value.
• Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
