Job summary
Vaco is seeking an AI Senior Technical Consultant for a remote 6M+ contract to lead end-to-end development of AI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will mentor technical consultants and partner with Solution Architects to deliver secure, scalable AI implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, CSM, HRSD, SPM and ESM.
The role emphasizes translating business requirements into intelligent automation, leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence and GenAI
Qualifications
- Designing & developing Enterprise Solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.
- Deep expertise across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SecOps/IRM/CSM/HRSD/SPM/ESM.
- Hands-on ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and AI Agent configuration.
- Building AI-enabled automation using Now Assist, AI Agents and GenAI.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of AI-enabled solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Mentor Technical Consultants and collaborate with Principal Technical Consultants/ Solution Architects.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable AI solutions across ServiceNow product suites.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional technical teams and track project status.
