ServiceNow seeks a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive market success for its Application Security products built on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead strategy, guide solution wins, and partner with account teams and customers to articulate value.

This role requires AI-aware thinking, end-to-end deal influence, and coaching AEs/ADRs/ACE. Travel 30-50% is expected; base pay ranges from $125,450 to $207,000 with equity and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or using AI tools to improve workflows.
• 7+ years experience measuring ROI for specialty solutions to win deals.
• History in cyber security sales as AE or Sales Engineer preferred.
• Experience as AE or in a customer-facing sales role with knowledge of sales cycles.
• Understanding of business sales processes and how to move opportunities forward.
• Travel required: 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical targeting and execution.
• Provide input to Account Executives during account planning based on territory strategy.
• Ensure alignment with Now Value principles in territory and account planning.
• Help customers envision the value of digital transformation with the account team and partners.
• Coordinate with SC & Specialist SC on capability roadmaps for feedback and agreement.
