Job summary

ServiceNow in Washington, DC seeks an Advisory Solution Consultant to support Solution Sales across AI-enabled workflows. This is a hands-on technical consultant role that collaborates with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles.

You will lead discovery workshops, demonstrate capabilities, answer technical questions, provide feedback to product management, and share best practices to strengthen the team. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical cloud software expertise
• Experience collaborating with product management, partners, and professional services

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners
• Provide feedback to product management about enhancements
• Share best practices and reusable assets with the team
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
