ServiceNow in Denver/remote is seeking a senior Presales Solutions Consultant leader to drive AI-enabled value selling for regional sales teams. You will mentor a growing team, shape the recruiting pipeline for presales, and ensure optimal resource allocation across opportunities and marketing initiatives.

The role requires deep Japan market experience, coaching skills, and a track record in SaaS/PaaS governance and solution-based selling.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• Experience in fast-growing IT environments with software/cloud solutions.
• 7 years’ presales experience.
• Leading presales teams as a first-line manager.
• Deep experience with the Japan market and selling to senior management.
• Ability to coach and mentor individual contributors.
• Proven value- or solution-based selling skills.
• Broad understanding of SaaS/PaaS and service-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate relevance to customers and document business value.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and successful proofs of concept when needed.
• Develop and maintain recruiting pipelines for presales candidates.
• Prioritize regional Solution Consulting efforts with regional sales managers.
• Allocate resources to sales opportunities and track progress against goals.
• Coordinate with marketing to support demand generation.
• Develop training curricula and evaluate team performance regularly.
• Ensure optimal resource alignment and skill utilization in the region.
• Manage day-to-day activities like scheduling, expenses, and reporting.
