Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior pre-sales consultant to support strategic enterprise customers. You will translate industry challenges into compelling solutions, deliver demos, and lead executive workshops with CIO/CTO and operations leaders.

You will articulate how AI, automation, and data enable transformation across Manufacturing, Retail, IT/ITES, and Telecommunications, collaborating with Product Marketing and Partners.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision making, or problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical, solution, and industry domain expert within a client-facing sales team pursuing enterprise customers.
• Translate industry challenges into compelling solution narratives by connecting business outcomes, customer experience, workflow transformation, automation, data, and AI with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Lead executive and technical discovery workshops to uncover customer priorities and transformation opportunities.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations and solution experiences reflecting real industry scenarios and end-to-end business processes.
