Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant for the US Public Sector. In this technical and business consulting role, you’ll develop, position, and deliver industry- and product-specific solutions during sales cycles while pursuing quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

You will partner with ServiceNow and Moveworks teams to demonstrate value, lead discovery sessions, and craft data-driven ROI scenarios that accelerate customer outcomes across government customers.

Qualifications

• Experience applying and evaluating AI in enterprise environments with automation and data-driven insights.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs for integrations.
• Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code platforms; scripting or coding is a plus.
• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering for enterprise platforms.
• Experience in technology or telecom industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles and drive strategy in Fed/SLED accounts.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops to map business challenges to Moveworks/ServiceNow solutions.
• Deliver value-based product demos showing how Moveworks and ServiceNow automate work and enhance experiences.
• Coordinate technical workshops on AI/ML, integrations, security, and architecture within the customer’s ServiceNow env.
• Build data-driven ROI stories with business cases and quotes for prioritized use cases.
• Define success criteria and lead end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and guide roadmap alignment and outcome planning.
