Job summary

Moveworks is recruiting a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant for the US Public Sector to develop, position, and deliver industry-specific solutions during sales cycles. You will partner with ServiceNow Account Executives, lead discovery sessions, and demonstrate how Moveworks and ServiceNow together automate work and improve employee experiences.

You will facilitate technical workshops, build ROI cases with Business Value Services, and guide customer success from pre-sales to post-sales.

Qualifications

• Experience applying and evaluating AI in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering roles.
• Experience in enterprise industries such as technology or telecommunications is preferred.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or deep technical experience with other enterprise cloud software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services teams.
• Strong territory and pipeline management skills, with experience partnering closely with sales counterparts to drive consistent execution.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer meetings and internal events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ServiceNow Account Executives to support complex sales cycles and drive deal strategy.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops to understand business challenges and outcomes.
• Deliver product demonstrations showing Moveworks and ServiceNow integration and ROI.
• Facilitate workshops on Moveworks AI/ML approach, integrations, security, and architecture.
• Build data-driven business cases and ROI analyses with business value services.
• Define customer success criteria and manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements.
• Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and guide strategic programs.
• Ensure smooth pre-to-post sales handoffs to Customer Success teams.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and market trends.
• Stay informed on competitive positioning within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Share best practices and scalable sales assets.
