Job summary

Moveworks Sr Advisory Solution Consultant - US Public Sector sits at the intersection of technical consulting and sales. You will develop, position and demonstrate AI-enabled Moveworks/ServiceNow solutions during complex sales cycles, targeting Fed and SLED accounts.

You’ll run customer discovery, deliver demos showing how Moveworks and ServiceNow automate work, and build data-driven ROI analyses with cross-functional teams. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience applying and evaluating AI in enterprise environments and automation-driven workflows.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs with pre-production environments.
• Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code; prototyping and integrations are a plus.
• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering for enterprise platforms.
• Experience in technology or telecommunications industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives as the Moveworks/ServiceNow expert supporting complex sales cycles.
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to map challenges to Moveworks capabilities.
• Deliver compelling demos showing ROI and employee experience improvements.
• Facilitate architecture workshops covering AI/ML, integrations, security, and platform design.
• Build data-driven ROI analyses using reports and insights with Business Value Services.
• Define success criteria and drive end-to-end PoC engagements.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and guide strategic programs and roadmaps.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success and document requirements for transitions.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and market trends.
• Stay informed on competitive positioning within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Share best practices, reusable assets, and improve demos and sales processes.
• Support field and marketing initiatives, including executive briefings and events.
