Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant for the US Public Sector to drive technical and business solutions during sales cycles. You will partner with Account Executives, run discovery sessions, and deliver compelling demos showing Moveworks and ServiceNow integration to improve employee experiences.

You will facilitate architecture workshops, build ROI cases, and guide end-to-end proofs of concept while traveling up to 25% to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI in enterprise environments, including integrating AI into workflows and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Experience in technology or telecommunications industries preferred.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, partners and services.
• Strong territory and pipeline management skills.
• Willingness to travel about 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles and drive strategy across Fed and/or SLED accounts.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops to map business challenges to Moveworks capabilities.
• Deliver demonstrations showing Moveworks and ServiceNow integration and value.
• Host technical/architectural workshops covering AI/ML, integration, security and architecture.
• Help build data-driven ROI using reports and insights.
• Define customer success criteria and manage end-to-end proofs-of-concept.
• Develop relationships guiding roadmap alignment and outcome planning in top accounts.
• Coordinate handoff to Customer Success and document requirements for seamless transitions.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and market trends.
• Stay informed on competitive positioning within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
