Job summary

Sharecare is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to drive the transformation toward agentic engineering. You will own architecture across multiple codebases, ship high-volume AI-enabled features, and ensure safety, auditability, and governance in healthcare-related AI deployments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, own the factory and data pipelines, and lead initiatives around model transparency and responsible AI practices while staying current with AI advancements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience deploying ML models and AI applications.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and NLP tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics, recommendations, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps and workflows.
• Develop data pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate new AI technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Monitor model performance and manage retraining and lifecycle.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Provide technical leadership on AI practices and architecture.
