Job summary

Sharecare, a digital healthcare company, seeks an AI Engineer to drive agentic engineering across vision, strategy, and execution. You will own end-to-end AI/ML systems, from data pipelines to production-grade models, with emphasis on safety, governance, and performance.

Remote work options are available for this US-based role. You will ship at high volume with AI agents, own architecture across codebases, and communicate proactively.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting ML models and AI-driven applications.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI platforms, and NLP tools preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and containerization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps and workflows.
• Develop data pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance for AI solutions.
• Document architectures and operational procedures.
• Stay current with AI advancements and contribute to roadmap.
