Sharecare is a digital healthcare company seeking an AI Engineer to drive the transformation into the era of agentic engineering. This remote, full-time role focuses on delivering high-volume AI agent orchestration and scalable architecture.

You will own architecture across systems, develop AI models and data pipelines, and ensure governance, safety, and explainability while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful health tech solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/AI or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience with ML models, AI-driven apps, LLMs and NLP tools preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and governance in AI.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI and ML solutions to support business needs.
• Build and optimize ML models, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps, workflows, and processes.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines supporting model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and platforms for opportunities.
• Monitor model performance and manage retraining and lifecycle.
