Job summary

Sharecare is seeking an AI Engineer to lead end-to-end AI initiatives, shaping architecture and strategy for agentic engineering. You will own the factory spine, data pipelines, and governance while delivering scalable AI-driven healthcare solutions.

You will work across teams to ship high-volume AI-driven features, ensuring safety, compliance, and documentation. Remote, full-time, healthcare tech focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/DS/Math or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and NLP tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions to support business needs.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics solutions, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI applications utilizing LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps and workflows.
• Maintain data pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
