Sharecare is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the transformation toward agentic engineering across architecture, data, and deployment. You will own end-to-end AI initiatives, from design to governance, with a focus on scalable cloud deployments and patient-care safety constraints.

You will ship high-volume AI-driven solutions, contribute to the factory and data pipelines, and collaborate across teams to deliver auditable, reliable AI in healthcare contexts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (see education).
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience with and knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and NLP tools preferred.
• Experience deploying and supporting ML models and AI-driven applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions to support business needs.
• Build and optimize ML models, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise applications and workflows.
• Develop data pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate new AI tech to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor model performance and manage retraining and lifecycle processes.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cloud infra teams to deploy AI in cloud environments.
• Create documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures for AI systems.
• Support governance initiatives around model transparency and responsible AI.
• Troubleshoot issues in AI models and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural planning.
• Provide technical leadership on AI best practices.
• Stay current with AI advancements and contribute to the AI roadmap.
