Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, data science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of software engineering or systems architecture experience.
• Experience deploying, supporting ML models and AI-driven apps.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and NLP tools preferred.
• Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics solutions, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps and workflows.
• Develop data pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Monitor model performance and retraining processes.
• Ensure AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance.
