Job summary

Sharecare, Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the transformation toward agentic engineering. You will own architecture across multiple codebases, ship high-volume AI agent workflows, and define guardrails for safe AI-enabled patient care.

Remote role with healthcare data experience preferred, 6+ years of experience, and a track record of end-to-end system ownership. Responsibilities include developing and deploying AI/ML models, integrating AI into enterprise apps, and delivering scalable

Qualifications

• BS degree in CS/AI or related field required.
• 4+ years in software engineering or systems architecture.
• Experience building, deploying and supporting ML/AI applications.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI and NLP tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain AI/ML solutions.
• Build ML models, analytics, and intelligent automation.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs and RAG.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows.
• Maintain data pipelines for training and monitoring.
• Monitor performance and retrain models as needed.
• Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and governance.
• Document architecture and operational procedures.
