Job summary

Sharecare is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the transformation toward agentic engineering in a remote, full-time capacity. You will own end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, including architecture, governance, and deployment, working across teams to ship high-impact AI solutions.

The role emphasizes scalable AI systems, 24/7 reliability, and collaboration with cloud engineering to ensure compliant, auditable, and secure deployments in healthcare contexts.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/AI/related field required.
• 4+ years software engineering or systems architecture.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and MLOps preferred.
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions to support business needs.
• Build ML models, predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and governance in AI systems.
