Job summary

Sharecare is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to drive the transformation toward agentic engineering across health tech platforms. You will own architecture, ship high-volume AI-enabled solutions, and partner with teams to deliver auditable, safe AI-driven patient care capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience, a track record across multiple systems, and a strong background in healthcare data products, privacy, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, AI, Data Science, or related field required.
• Minimum of at least 4 years of experience software engineering or systems architecture.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and NLP tools preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with model deployment, MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI and ML solutions to support business needs.
• Build and optimize ML models, analytics solutions, recommender systems, and automation tools.
• Develop generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise apps and workflows.
