CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our Project Management team supporting a large federal agency. You will guide executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters in applying SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and DevSecOps practices to deliver mission-critical IT initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of practical Agile experience.
Strong understanding of SAFe including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and Agile Scaling.
Hands-on organizational change agent with multi-team scope.

Responsibilities

Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams across iterations.
Assist teams with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reporting.
