Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead agile transformation for a federal-agency program. The role involves coaching executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters to adopt agile, lean, and DevSecOps practices across multiple IT initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Agile experience, SAFe expertise, and a track record of enabling enterprise agility within government or large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Agile coaching experience required.
• SAFe knowledge with Scrum/Kanban/Product Ownership.
• Experience across multiple teams and large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops and Agile training for stakeholders.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams across iterations.
• Help set up boards, backlogs, and reporting; support DevSecOps practices.
