Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation for a large federal agency. The role emphasizes Agile, product-focus, and DevSecOps to improve efficiency and outcomes across IT programs.

You will coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams, facilitate workshops, and guide adoption of SAFe frameworks within a government context, supporting leadership through change and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong SAFe knowledge including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and scaling.
• Hands-on organizational change experience across multiple teams.
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and building a CD pipeline with DevOps.
• Experience supporting leadership and teams through transformation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile and Lean principles.
• Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Coach teams on sprint planning and ongoing Agile practices.
• Provide mentoring to Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
