Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide a federal agency's transformation, mentoring executives, managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and teams, championing Agile practices and SAFe, DevSecOps, and Lean workflows across large IT programs.

You will lead workshops, facilitate PI planning, coach teams, and evolve the transformation roadmap while embedding an Agile culture. CGS offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of practical Agile experience.
Strong SAFe knowledge including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and scaling.
Hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams.
Experience launching Agile Release Trains and building a CD pipeline with DevOps.
Able to support PI Planning events and coordinate multiple ARTs.

Responsibilities

Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
Facilitate workshops to teach Agile/Lean, Scrum, Kanban, roles and responsibilities.
Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
Provide ongoing coaching to Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
Set up boards, workflows, and automated reporting; decompose requirements.
Evolve Agile maturity models; report on performance.
Coach cross-team planning and grooming; contribute to communities of practice.
Advance the Transformation Roadmap and embed Agile culture enterprise-wide.
