Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead enterprise‑level transformation for a federal agency portfolio. You will coach executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters, shaping Agile culture, processes, and governance.

You will drive the design and delivery of Agile training, support PI Planning, and mentor teams across multiple iterations while aligning with DevSecOps and Lean portfolio practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of SAFe including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and scaling.
• Hands‑on change agent experience across multiple teams.
• Ability to guide leadership and team members to customize Agile paths.
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and building a CD pipeline with DevOps culture.
• Experience coordinating PI Planning events and multiple ARTs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile and Lean principles and roles.
• Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Coach teams in sprint planning and ongoing Agile coaching across iterations.
• Provide hands‑on mentoring to Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Set up team boards, workflow automation, and reporting; refine backlogs.
• Develop and maintain Agile maturity assessments and report findings.
• Provide policy and tooling feedback to support enterprise transformation.
• Coordinate cross‑team planning and grooming sessions; support communities of practice.
• Guide roadmap iterations and advance the Agile Transformation Roadmap.
