Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Agile Coach to drive the transformation across teams and programs within a large federal agency. You will guide executives, managers, product owners, and scrum masters, enabling delivery excellence through SAFe, Lean, and DevSecOps practices.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and supporting government stakeholders to adopt Agile processes, tools, and policies while fostering an enterprise-wide agile culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts with emphasis on SAFe including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and Agile Scaling.
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and building a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture.
• Hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Agile transformation for multiple teams at both the team and program level.
• Facilitate team workshops to help new teams understand Agile and Lean principles.
• Lead in the creation, delivery, and strategy of Agile Training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Help teams with sprint planning and ongoing coaching for new Agile teams.
• Provide coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.
