Job summary
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Agile Coach to drive large-scale Agile transformation for a federal agency. You will coach executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters to embed agile culture, enable DevSecOps, and guide policy-aligned processes.
Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, delivering agile training, coaching teams across iterations, and improving reporting and maturity models while partnering with stakeholders to optimize delivery
Qualifications
- Extensive experience guiding large-scale Agile transformations.
- Proven ability to mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Strong SAFe knowledge with focus on Lean-Agile principles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
- Facilitate workshops to teach Agile/Lean principles and roles.
- Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
- Coach teams on sprint planning, execution, and metrics.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners; support backlog refinement.
- Set up boards, automate workflows, and enable reporting.
- Evolve Agile maturity models and collect enterprise-wide insights.
