Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to empower a federal agency's agile transformation. You will coach executives, managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and teams, guiding SAFe practices and DevSecOps alignment across multiple IT verticals.

You will lead training, workshops, and change initiatives, embedding an agile culture and delivering measurable improvements in delivery performance and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts with emphasis on SAFe (Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, scaling).
• Hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams.
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and building a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs to deliver large initiatives.
• Lead workshops to onboard teams to Agile/Lean, Scrum, Kanban, roles, and responsibilities.
• Deliver Agile training to government stakeholders and contractors on processes, tools, and policies.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams; support sprint planning and iteration execution.
• Provide hands-on mentoring and help teams set up boards, workflows, and reports.
• Evolve the Agile Maturity Assessment model and report findings for senior leadership.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide Agile artifacts and documentation; support Roadmap evolution.
