Qualifications

• 5+ years practical Agile experience.
• Strong SAFe knowledge (Scrum/Kanban/Product Owner).
• Experience coaching executives, managers, and teams.
• Familiar with DevSecOps toolchain and modern IDEs.
• Able to lead Agile Release Trains and PI planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams at team and program level.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile/Lean, Scrum and Kanban roles.
• Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Assist teams with sprint planning and ongoing coaching across iterations.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Set up team boards, workflows, and automated reporting.
• Advance Agile maturity assessments and report findings.
• Provide feedback to improve policies and tooling for enterprise Agile.
• Coordinate cross-team planning and grooming sessions; support Communities of Practice.
• Contribute to Agile artifacts and methodology documentation.
• Help evolve the Agile Transformation Roadmap.
